Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Last Man Standing or take part in a game. Please read them before joining. Additional conditions for an announced prize apply alongside these terms.
Free to play. Prizes may be offered.
An organiser or sponsor may choose to give the winner a prize. Not every game has a prize, and joining does not guarantee one. A prize is only offered where its details and conditions have been expressly announced before entry.
1. Free entry and accounts
Entry is free. Last Man Standing does not collect entry payments, hold player funds or process prize payouts. Displayed buy-ins, entry prices and pots are illustrative only: they are not a payment request, money held by the platform or a promise of a cash prize. No organiser percentage is deducted by the platform.
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. Do not impersonate others, manipulate results, abuse other players or use extra accounts to gain an unfair advantage. Accounts or entries may be restricted for misuse, with an explanation where practicable.
2. Playing the game
- Pick two different players each gameweek. At least one must score a goal for you to go through. Otherwise, you are eliminated once results are confirmed.
- You cannot reuse players already picked in that game. Eliminated players cannot play on unless a rollover opens and they rejoin under its rules.
- Save your picks before the displayed cutoff, two hours before the gameweek’s first scheduled kickoff. After cutoff, picks cannot be selected or changed. Missing the deadline eliminates you.
- The sole remaining player wins. If everyone is eliminated, the game rolls over rather than splitting a win. Existing players must accept re-entry before the next deadline.
- New players cannot join once a game starts, except during an open rollover window. New rollover entrants are shown double the standard illustrative entry amount; no payment is collected. Friend invites close at the game’s first cutoff.
- A new game created after the current gameweek’s cutoff starts next gameweek, once the current one has ended.
3. Optional prizes
Prizes may be provided voluntarily by an organiser or sponsor, independently of player entry payments. Unless a prize has been expressly announced, no prize or cash payment is owed merely because a player wins or a displayed pot has a value.
Before entry opens, the provider must clearly announce:
- The prize provider, the prize itself and whether a cash alternative is available.
- Which game is covered and any age, location or other eligibility restrictions.
- How the winner is determined and what happens if the game rolls over or is cancelled.
- How the winner will be contacted, any claim deadline, and when and how the prize will be delivered.
The named provider is responsible for fulfilling the prize and complying with applicable competition, advertising and legal requirements. Announced prizes must not be withdrawn or materially changed unfairly after entry. Winners may be asked for information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery, but must not be charged to claim a prize.
These terms do not establish that a particular promotion is legally exempt or approved. Organisers should obtain appropriate legal advice before offering prizes, especially cash or high-value prizes or promotions across different countries.
4. Live scores and final results
Player data and scores come from the official Fantasy Premier League feed. Live updates may be delayed or unavailable and are provisional while matches are in progress. Missing data alone is not proof of elimination.
Once completed-gameweek results have been confirmed and frozen in Last Man Standing, those stored results determine points, survival and outcomes. Later changes to the external feed do not alter frozen results. Check the displayed deadline and confirm your picks have saved; selecting without saving does not submit them.
5. Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or instant score updates. Report problems promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Your data
We collect the details needed to run the game: your account information (such as your email address and chosen display name), anything you choose to add to your profile, your picks and results, and anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you. We also process essential service emails, such as email confirmations and password resets.
Your data is used only to operate Last Man Standing, run games and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. Data is kept for as long as your account is active; if you ask us to close your account, we delete your personal data except where we must keep a record to protect the integrity of completed games.
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, use Help & feedback from the email address on your account, and we will respond within one month as required by UK data protection law.
7. Questions and changes
For account issues, disputed results or questions about these terms, use Help & feedback. For prize delivery, contact the provider named in the announcement. Do not post private contact or eligibility information publicly.
We may update these terms and will display the revised date here. Material changes should be communicated before they apply and will not retrospectively remove an announced prize entitlement or change completed game results.
